Responsible position reporting to the MD

Lively, intelligent youthful culture
Create & Implement Brand Strategies for the youth market
Develop Strategic Marketing Plan and Business Plan
Participate in the Senior Management Team with working groups and The Board
Implement Marketing & Communication Strategies
Oversee financial planning and budgeting
Brand positioning and promotion
Determine KPI’s
Ensure Marketing staff are provided with appropriate training and resources
Help achieve strategic objectives
Strengthen identity
Project Manage Website & Publications content .

Approximately 100 staff managed by yourself and other upbeat senior managers with a can do positive attitude and a sense of humour to match.

If you have at least a few years experience in a Senior Management Role
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
Strong analytical skills
Innovative problem solving
Well developed written & verbal communication
Experience in market Research
Brand Strategy
Segmentation
Conflict resolution and
Negotiation experience
Planned Forums & Focus Groups and analyzed outputs
Can manage cultural change to achieve operational excellence and
