If you are a highly motivated professional; have at least a few years of Senior Management Experience dealing with HR, IT & maybe Building Services, have a knowledge of corporate governance, an understanding of risk management, can provide leadership, work on operational & strategic initiatives and want to deal with a team of professionals, we may be looking at a good fit.

You will be reporting to the CEO, who we know well. He is a true professional, a man of his word, a good sense of humour, is supportive and will let you run with it. The team is upbeat, energetic, friendly & fun. We have placed a couple of your key staff who are hard working professionals.

You will be a major player on the Strategic Management Team,  provide leadership and operational management skills, work well with conscientious youth, manage systems & processes and liaise with the Board regularly. 

Your team has the capabilities to accomplish a lot in a short period of time. Definitely not a lazy persons company, however, the unique culure allows for staff to actually have a life. Everyone puts in good consistent quality work and as well have time for family and friends outside business hours.
