• Be PC Literate;
• Have a good understanding of accounting standards and tax legislation;
• Be and effective and efficient planner and organiser;
• Have the ability to work under pressure, apply good analytical skills to problems, be able to focus on key issues and be confident in dealing with clients and technical issues;
• Have good presentation and time management skills;
• Be client focused and deliver to the client, adding real value;
• Have the ability to coach, mentor and develop staff;
• Be able to delegate, monitor and review; and
• Have the ability to stick to the budget and deadlines.
